Terry is a Certified Fund Raising Executive, with a legacy of success in developing and managing foundation, fundraising $125M+, and capacity building through boards, donors, staff, volunteers, community benefit collaboration and creative and strategic stewardship of resources. 

Since August 2013, she has served as the first Executive Director of the Women's Fund of East Tennessee. She is passionate about this work to break down barriers for low-income women and girls in 25 counties of East Tennessee. Prior to this she served as the National Director of Foundations for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and as President and CEO of Baptist Health System Foundation, and Senior Vice President of Baptist Health System.

Anna Lora holds a PhD in Counselor Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she studied the college-decision making process of rural Appalachian youth. 

Since October 2017, she has served as the first Program Officer for the Women's Fund of East Tennessee. Prior to this she served worked with the PIPEs program, an NIH-SEPA funded grant program providing college and STEM outreach to rural Appalachian high schools. She has also worked in many of the greater Knoxville counties with schools, community organizations, and other nonprofits.

Anna Lora Taylor

Ashley comes to the Women's Fund of East Tennessee with 15+ years’ experience in the nonprofit world. Prior to joining WFET, she worked as a programs and communications project coordinator.


Ashley is a graduate of the University of Tennessee: Knoxville with a degree in Public Relations. She has served as a leader/mentor with Young Lives Knoxville, working with teen moms at Knox County high schools to help achieve graduation, pursue postsecondary education, and connect them with resources for success in parenting and the adult world.
